Overview

  • Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Workshop Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day efficient running of the workshop.
  • Staff management– including monitoring & directing staff to ensure required activities are performed to standards and within appropriate timeframes.
  • Supervision of the work in relation to technical detail, program, quality assurance and safety.
  • Co-ordination of labour, equipment and materials for the proper and timely execution of the work.
  • Ensure the latest drawing revision is in use.
  • Ensure that Work Instructions, Inspection Sheets, etc are filled out correctly.
  • Liaison with the Quality Representative as and when required ensuring that the correct materials are used in relation to the drawings.
  • Promptly notify the Regional Delivery Manager or QC representative of any non-conforming work and correct the work by approved corrective action.
  • Support, mentor & train new employees.
  • Hold weekly Toolbox meetings.
  • Organize tooling as required prior to next process or set up, goal to keep the CNC machine’s working to optimize our production capacity and reduce nonproductive time.
  • Monitor insert/ tooling wear. Target to maximize insert life.
  • Create the jobs and close them when they finished on software.

  • Giám sát xưởng chịu trách nhiệm vận hành xưởng hiệu quả hàng ngày.
  • Quản lý nhân viên – bao gồm giám sát và chỉ đạo nhân viên để đảm bảo các hoạt động cần thiết được thực hiện theo tiêu chuẩn và trong khung thời gian thích hợp.
  • Giám sát công việc liên quan đến chi tiết kỹ thuật, chương trình, đảm bảo chất lượng và an toàn.
  • Điều phối lao động, thiết bị và vật liệu để thực hiện công việc đúng tiến độ.
  • Đảm bảo sử dụng bản vẽ mới nhất.• Đảm bảo Hướng dẫn công việc, Phiếu kiểm tra, v.v được điền chính xác.
  • Liên lạc với Đại diện Chất lượng khi được yêu cầu để đảm bảo rằng sử dụng đúng nguyên vật liệu theo bản vẽ.
  • Thông báo kịp thời cho Quản lý Khu vực hoặc QC về bất kỳ công việc không phù hợp nào và khắc phục chúng bằng hành động đã được phê duyệt.
  • Hỗ trợ, hướng dẫn và đào tạo nhân viên mới.
  • Tổ chức các cuộc họp Toolbox hàng tuần.
  • Chuẩn bị sẵn những dao cụ yêu cầu cho bước lập trình kế tiếp với mục tiêu là giữ máy luôn hoạt động để đạt năng suất tối đa và giảm thời gian “chết” của máy.
  • Quản lý dao cụ để tăng tối đa tuổi thọ của dao cụ.
  • Tạo và đóng job trên phần mềm.
  • QHSE Responsibility
  • Follow all company occupational health, safety and environmental requirements & adhere to all QHSE legislative requirements.
  • Maintain a clean & orderly work area at all times.
  • Report all hazards, near misses, injuries & incidents immediately as per company requirements.
  • Participate in incident investigations and non-conformance investigations with guidance from the QHSE Department.
  • Ensure all machinery is inspected and maintained as per the company and legal requirements.
  • Review of QA/QC non-conformities that have been raised on a month-to-month basis to identify trends and rectify immediately.
  • Always set a personal example in safe work practices and actively participate in safety improvement activities.
  • Report to work fit for duty without impairment from drugs, medications, fatigue or other influences that may adversely affect the QHSE aspects of your duties.
  • Perform all work duties in a manner which ensures the health & safety of themselves and others.
  • Be responsible for constantly examining work environment for hazards that could lead to an injury or incident & promptly initiate corrective action.
  • Ensure that all policies, procedures & safe work practices are followed at all times.
  • Address improper safety practices observed by co-workers, contractors and visitors.
