Overview

Build backend services using Django / FastAPI
Design and optimize LLM pipelines for conversation processing
Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool integrations
Build pipelines to transform conversation data into structured data and BI insights
Develop async/background processing with Celery
Optimize data processing, database queries and system performance
Integrate and work with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks
Collaborate on system architecture and AI/data workflows
Your Skills and Experience
Required
3+ years experience with Python backend
Strong experience with Django / FastAPI
Hands-on experience with LLM applications and LLM pipelines
Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
Understanding of conversation data processing / BI
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with Celery / async processing
Good understanding of API design and system architecture
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with MCP
Experience with RAG, Vector Database, Context Management, StructuredOutput
Experience building AI agents / tool calling workflows
Experience with ETL/ELT or data pipelines
Experience with Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ
Experience with ClickHouse, dbt or analytics systems
