Overview

  • Đảm bảo thi hành quy trình quản lý trong bộ phận để sản xuất ra BTP cắt chất lượng đúng thời gian cho khối sản xuất./Ensure implementation of management procedure in the department for producing quality cut panels on-time for mass production.
  • Vai trò chức năng và nhiệm vụ chính /Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lập kế hoạch, xây dựng và quản lý các ngồn lực (con người, máy móc, nguyên phụ liệu) trong bộ phận để đáp ứng những sự cần thiết trong sản xuất kinh doanh/ Plan, build and manage the resources (people, machine, material) in the department to cope with business needs
  • Quản lý các chi phí, giá cả và chi phí bộ phận/ Manage the non-C&M cost and department expense
  • Xem xét lại các tiến độ tổng thể với cấp dưới để đảm bảo hoạt động sản xuất ổn định/Review the master schedule with subordinates to ensure smooth operations
  • Quản lý đầu ra của phần cắt và chất lượng của bộ phận/ Manage the cut panel output and quality of the department
  • Phân công và định hướng thực hiện các thủ tục hoạt động hay chất lượng trong bộ phận/ Design and drive implementation of operational or quality procedures in the department
  • Đảm bảo nhân lực tại chỗ và nâng cao trình độ năng lực của nhân viên trong bộ phận/ Ensure right caliber is in place and enhance competency level of employees in the department
  • Cải tiến và thi hành các sáng kiến cho sự cải tiến liên tục cho hiệu quả cắt/ Innovate and implement ideas for continuously improvement on cutting efficiency.
  • Các chỉ số kết quả công việc chính/ Key Results/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Thực tế tiêu dùng bộ phận với ngân sách/ Actual departmental expense vs budget
  • Giao nhận BTP cắt đúng thời gian/On time delivery of cut panel
  • Đảm bảo chất lượng BTP cắt ra/First Pass Yield of cut panel
  • Thực hiện mục tiêu hiệu suất/Efficiency target
  • Nắm bắt sự khác nhau giữa định mức vải thực tế với định mức vải ước tính/Variance between Actual fabric consumption to Estimated fabric consumption
