Overview
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to support production and maintenance operations.
- Manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Lead procurement of machinery, industrial equipment, spare parts, technical services, and CAPEX projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, cost, and service.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to ensure operational continuity.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports, budget forecasts, and supplier performance evaluations.
