Overview

Assist with system integration and service onboarding processes.
Perform service functionality checks and verify that newly added content operates correctly.
Communicate with clients regarding operational inquiries, service requests, and ongoing issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
Prepare weekly operational reports and updates for the supervisor.
Monitor ongoing tasks and promptly report any operational or technical issues.
Support additional projects and assignments directed by the Team Leader.
