Overview

Develop and execute the overseas business development strategy to grow assets under management (AUM) for the company’s offshore funds among foreign institutional and professional investors.
Originate and manage relationships with overseas investors, distributors, private banks, and fund-of-funds to raise and retain capital for offshore fund vehicles.
Lead the full investor journey for offshore funds, including prospecting, pitching, due diligence support, onboarding, and ongoing investor relations.
Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to prepare fund presentations, marketing materials, RFPs, and DDQs tailored to overseas clients.
Monitor global fund flows, competitor products, and investor sentiment toward Vietnam and frontier markets to refine product positioning and distribution strategy.
Represent the company at international conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings, and support the structuring and launch of new offshore fund products.
