Overview

Operation Supervisor -Contract Logistics manages daily warehouse operations and order fulfillment to meet diverse client needs. A key focus of this role is managing subcontractors and vendors (transportation, labor, packaging providers) to ensure strict services compliance, accurate billing, and cost efficiency.
Operations: Manage daily receiving, storage, picking, and all warehouse activities for multiple 3PL clients.
Fulfillment: Allocate labor and equipment efficiently to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Vendor Selection: Assist in selecting and onboarding reliable sub-contractors and logistics vendors.
Vendor Tracking: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against agreed KPIs and service levels.
Vendor Safety: Ensure all vendor staff strictly follow warehouse safety regulations and operational SOPs.
Client Relations: Act as the primary contact for 3PL clients to handle inquiries and resolve complaints.
Cost Control: Track operational expenses and verify monthly rate cards and invoices with vendors.
Billing Accuracy: Validate system data to ensure accurate billing for both clients and sub-contractors.
Reporting: Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPI, inventory, and financial reports to stakeholders.
Training and compliance: Train internal teams, vendor on safety workplace and drive continuous process improvements
Audit Readiness: Guide vendors in arranging warehouse for prospective clients' visits and operational audits
