Overview

Follow up project schedules under the guidance of Senior Manager.
Represent the owner to work with architects to ensure projects follow approved schedule and quality standards (in compliance with PMH standards and design checklists).
Propose ideas to improve project design and coordination efficiency.
Coordinate with construction contractors and designers during the construction phase.
Work with designers to check shop drawings before issuance to site.
Review design consultant contracts and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes with designers.
Prepare reports in slide or video format as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Design Senior Manager.
