Overview

Salary: Salary during 2-month probation: 100% salary + 910,000
Lunch allowance: 910,000 VND/month
13th-month salary + year-end bonus + Quarterly bonus (15 to 16 months’ salary per year)
Source, evaluate, and develop Vendors to meet quality, cost, and company requirement.
Prepare budget and tender documents for each work package, carry out the bid evaluation, make recommendation awarding tenderer to Division Head and BOD.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
Supervise procurement operations, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Request and compare quotations from multiple vendors based on company regulation and defined criteria: pricing, quality, lead time, payment terms, etc.
Liaise effectively with other departments to address and resolve any arising queries or issues.
Prepare and manage contract variations, including addenda and amendments.
