Overview

Support higher level engineers in project management, performing necessary work to ensure the project is completed on time
Participate in supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of the project.
Prepare and manage project documents, including storing, organizing and updating necessary documents.
Carry out checking of project documents and payment documents.
Support in preparing and submitting regular and unscheduled reports during project implementation.
Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to ensure reports are completed on time and accurately.
Assist in contact with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project information is communicated accurately and promptly.
Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes when necessary
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager to effectively support the project.
If candidate works project in Bắc Ninh. Company will provide shuttle bus from Ha Noi to Bac Ninh or at the Project Management Office (PMO) in Phú Mỹ Hưng.
