Overview

Consulting, carrying out procedures and solving legal issues related to the election of the Self- Management Board, handing over the Maintenance Fund, and tasks of the Investor.
Develop programs and action plans periodically related to CSD's legal issues.
Attend meetings with the Complex Self- Management Board related to the determination of the ownership of the parking lot of the PMH Investor.
Report the results of monthly legal work of CSD.
Attend meetings with the Complex Operation Management Unit related to ensuring the interests of Phu My Hung Company, ensuring that the Service Partners comply with the contract requirements.
Drafting and taking charge of the legality of Contracts, Official Documents and External Documents.
Anticipate the risks and risks in legal matters and propose solutions for early handling, prevention and mitigation of consequences, directly handling situations and incidents arising daily in CSD.
Regularly update and disseminate current Regulations and Legal Documents related to the functions and duties of CSD.
