Overview

  • Develop an understanding of Phu My Hung’s marketing strategies and the strategies of other companies in the real estate sector in the Northern market.
  • Develop digital marketing activities for brand-building purposes rather than direct sales, which may affect employee bonuses or income.
  • Continuously adapt marketing plans to meet changing business plans.
  • Be willing to travel to projects in Northern Vietnam.
  • Explore and develop markets, customers, and partners in the Northern market.
  • Communication & Marketing Planning
  • Advise and take responsibility for developing communication plans in line with the Company’s direction, including:
  • o General market information
  • o Digital marketing
  • o OOH
  • o Co-branding
  • o Development of Phu My Hung’s social media channels
  • o Communication materials
  • Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Implement detailed activities under the overall Marketing Plan, including:
  • o Digital advertising campaigns
  • o Working with partners to deploy LED screen advertising and OOH campaigns
  • o Producing communication props, content, visuals, and corporate introduction films
  • o Carrying out communication activities at events
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor the performance of assigned activities.
  • Prepare reports on the assigned marketing activities.
  • Propose solutions and adjustment plans where necessary.
  • Sales Training & Project Communication
  • Organize internal training sessions for the Sales team on project sales plans, key project information, and relevant updates.
  • Ensure Sales Consultants have a comprehensive understanding of project information and are well-prepared to effectively implement the sales plan.
