Overview

  • To lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process and manpower planning, ensuring the company attracts, hires and retains the right talent in a timely and effective manner, while managing key HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Strategic HR Partnership.
  • Annual manpower planning, full-cycle recruitment, recruitment reporting, and retention and turnover rate analysis.
  • Talent Management and Succession Planning.
  • Organizational Development and Change Management.
  • Performance Review Management.
  • Manage and take care of all IT equipment provided to employees throughout the full Employee Life Cycle at PTS/Eco2.
  • Employee Relations
  • Ensuring effective communication between employees and management, and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Promoting employee engagement and motivation.
  • Supporting employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities.
  • Managing employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor disputes.
  • Resolving workplace conflicts, warnings, grievances, and layoff matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Managing disciplinary actions and performance concerns fairly.
  • Others
  • Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing survey results.
  • Managing internal employee engagement activities, including Opening Day, Company Birthday, Happy Hours, and other activities.
  • Managing annual employee health check-ups.
  • Managing training and employee development activities.
  • Managing employee branding activities across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Fanpage, and other relevant channels.
  • Managing administrative activities and maintaining the office working environment.
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong hands-on experience in recruitment and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Good understanding of manpower planning, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience in employee relations, employee engagement, and handling employee matters.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good command of English and MS Office skills.
