Overview

Manage and maintain facility & utility systems (HVAC, electrical, water, wastewater, compressed air, LPG, fire protection, and security).
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Support facility, energy-saving, and infrastructure projects; supervise contractors and project execution.
Monitor utilities, drive energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure EHS compliance, including PTW, LOTO, PPE, and contractor safety.
Maintain operational records and support continuous improvement in reliability, efficiency, and cost performance.
