Overview

  • Vận hành máy ép nhựa bao gồm từ khâu lên liệu và thay khuôn, chỉnh khuôn
  • Kiểm soát phế phẩm
  • Xử lý nhanh các sự cố trong quá trình sản xuất liên quan tới chất lượng sản phẩm và vận hành máy
  • Nghiên cứu phân tích các vấn đề phát sinh lổi từ đó đề xuất các phương án khắc phục cải tiến và phòng ngừa
  • Lập báo cáo hàng ngày về kết quả công việc và các vấn đề phát sinh trực tiếp cho cấp trên.
  • Vệ sinh khuôn, vệ sinh máy, khu vực làm việc hàng ngày trong ca sản xuất
  • Quản lý máy móc thiết bị dụng cụ được giao không bị thất thoát
  • Bảo trì bảo dưỡng máy theo định kỳ hàng tháng.
  • Các yêu cầu khác theo sự phân công từ quản lý sản xuất
  • PURPOSE: Operate manchine in correct technique and ensure production is perfectly
  • Plastic injection molding machine operation including from stitching and changing molds, adjusting molds
  • Waste control
  • Quickly handle problems in the production process related to product quality and machine operation
  • Analyzing and analyzing problems arising from which propose solutions to improve and prevent
  • Make daily reports on work results and issues directly arising to superiors.
  • Cleaning molds, cleaning machines, and working areas every day during the production shift
  • Manage machinery, equipment and tools delivered without loss
  • Monthly maintenance of the machine
  • Other requirements according to the assignment from production

Requirements

  • Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm: ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương
  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng Cơ khí/ Tự động hóa
  • Có thể đọc bản vẽ 2D, 3D
  • Chăm chỉ, kiên nhẫn, chịu được áp lực công việc cao
  • Trang phục phòng sạch: Không bụi, cách điện
  • Requirement of experience: at least 2 years in the same position
  • Graduated College Mechatronic/ Automation
  • Can read 2D 3D
  • Hardworking, patient, can work under high pressure
  • WORKING CONDITION:
  • Smock /uniform for clean room: No dust. Anti static
