Overview

Role Overview:
Lead and manage projects through all phases, from design development to construction documentation, authority submissions, and construction-stage coordination.
Take primary responsibility for project quality, design progress, deliverables, and overall execution.
Organize the project team, allocate workload, monitor performance, and propose additional staffing when required.
Coordinate all related disciplines and consultants, including structure, MEP, landscape, interior, lighting, kitchen, laundry, and other specialist packages.
Work closely with clients, present project progress at key stages, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with international consultants and project stakeholders to ensure design intent, technical standards, and project requirements are met.
Oversee statutory and legal submission processes, approvals, and compliance with relevant regulations in Vietnam.
Manage technical issues, design coordination matters, and site-related challenges to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Report project status, resource needs, risks, and team performance to the Studio Director.
