Overview
- Daily inspection and monitoring of utility systems.
- Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities.
- Managing utility technicians and contractors.
- Leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Ensuring utility systems operate safely, reliably, and smoothly.
- Driving reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- SYSTEMS:
- Atlas Copco Air Compressors
- Ingersoll Rand Air Compressors
- HVAC and AHU Systems
- Water-Cooled Chillers
- Air-Cooled Chillers
- Electrical Distribution Systems
- Utility Infrastructure across B5 and B12 & B13, Canteen also
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory or team leader position.
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on technical background (Automation & Control System Knowledge; Electrical Skills; Mechanical Skills)
- Able to independently troubleshoot utilities and automation issues.
- Experience managing multiple utility systems across a manufacturing plant.
- Experience working with OEM suppliers such as Atlas Copco, ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Danfoss, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, York, etc.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Skills in Maintenance Management; Problem Solving; Safety Knowledge and Leadership Skills
