Overview

Check all contracts, invoices, and other related documents to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare reconciliations for machinery imports between customs declarations and the accounting system.
Prepare reconciliations for imported raw materials for local/export sales.
Check and provide advice for all import and export shipments to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Proactively study and draft updates on customs, tax, and legal regulations; advise on applying new customs laws to shipments.
Ensure all statutory customs reports are submitted to local authorities before deadlines.
Handle all administrative procedures related to customs.
Work with tax and customs officers during customs audits when required.
Lead the team in document storage management.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment
Proficient in English
