Overview

Follow up, support, and drive dealer programs and key FY26 Aftersales Division projects to achieve business plan (BP) targets.
Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor operations and identify improvement opportunities in organization, facilities, and staff competencies.
Support dealers in certification activities, new dealer setup, dealer standard implementation, and related projects.
Manage and monitor dealer activities and standard service process implementation.
Ensure dealer compliance with aftersales policies, standards, and procedures, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
