Overview

  • Receive and process transportation orders from the Customers Department.
  • Tiếp nhận và xử lý các đơn hàng vận chuyển từ bộ phận Chăm sóc khách hàng.
  • Act as backup dispatcher and dispatch vehicles when requested by the Manager; Assign appropriate drivers, trailers, and tractors based on cargo characteristics and delivery destinations.
  • Đóng vai trò điều độ dự phòng và thực hiện điều độ xe khi Trưởng bộ phận yêu cầu hỗ trợ; Sắp xếp tài xế, rơ-moóc và đầu kéo phù hợp với loại hàng hóa và điểm giao nhận.
  • Monitor vehicle movements using GPS and transportation tracking systems to ensure on-time performance.
  • Theo dõi hành trình xe qua hệ thống GPS hoặc phần mềm theo dõi để đảm bảo tiến độ giao hàng.
  • Resolve issues arising during transport, including traffic congestion, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or unexpected delays.
  • Xử lý các sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình vận chuyển như kẹt xe, tai nạn, hư hỏng xe hoặc trễ hẹn.
  • Enter, update, and verify transportation data in software (orders, dispatching, routes, POD/BOL, fuel, mileage, maintenance).
  • Nhập, cập nhật và đối soát dữ liệu vận tải trên phần mềm (đơn hàng, điều độ, lộ trình, chứng từ POD/BOL, nhiên liệu, số km, bảo dưỡng).
  • Collect and reconcile driver documents after each trip (delivery notes, toll receipts, fuel invoices) and upload to system.
  • Thu thập, đối soát chứng từ sau chuyến (phiếu giao hàng, vé phí đường, hóa đơn nhiên liệu) và tải lên hệ thống.
