Overview
- Responsible for technical support, color matching, product testing, and troubleshooting related to CCL (Color Coated Coil) coatings. Work closely with Sales, Production, QA, and customers to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Color Matching & Product Development
- Perform color matching according to customer requirements and color standards (RAL, Pantone, customer samples, etc.).
- Develop and adjust coating formulations to achieve target color and performance requirements.
- Prepare laboratory and production trial samples.
- Evaluate color consistency and coating performance.
- Technical Support
- Provide technical support to customers regarding coating applications and product performance.
- Investigate and resolve coating defects and customer complaints.
- Conduct on-site visits to support customers when required.
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations.
- Production Support
- Support Production in color adjustment and process optimization.
- Monitor color consistency between laboratory samples and mass production.
- Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure product quality standards are maintained.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare technical documents, product specifications, and test reports.
- Maintain color databases and formulation records.
- Support ISO, quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
- Continuous Improvement
- Participate in product improvement projects.
- Support cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Assist in new product development and localization projects.
