Overview
- Choose between rotating shifts or full night shifts.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and messages to support customers using travel & flight booking applications.
- Assist customers with inquiries about trips, bookings, cancellations, changes, and complaints.
- Provide accurate and complete information in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and a positive customer experience.
- Work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, 9 hours/shift (including 1.5 hours of break).
- 2 days off per week, arranged based on the work schedule.
