Overview

Develop and expand the wholesale distribution network by identifying, acquiring, and growing new retail and distribution partners.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale customers to maximize sales and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned brands and product categories.
Plan customer visits and conduct regular store calls to review product assortment, inventory levels, merchandising standards, and sales performance.
Monitor customers' inventory and proactively follow up on replenishment orders to minimize stock shortages and maximize sell-through.
Execute product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines.
Ensure products, pricing, promotional materials, and visual merchandising are implemented correctly at customer outlets.
Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, new product launches, retail trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, customer performance reviews, and business analyses to support management decisions.
Collaborate closely with the warehouse, logistics, finance, and buying teams to ensure timely deliveries, resolve operational issues, and manage returns.
Support the planning and execution of trade shows, consumer fairs, roadshows, and pop-up events to drive brand awareness and sales.
Contribute to annual sales planning, budgeting, and business development initiatives.
