Overview

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features and provide accurate product information.
Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized sales floor.
Replenish merchandise and ensure products are properly displayed according to company standards.
Receive, unpack, check, and count stock deliveries.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory management.
Support promotional activities, in-store events, and visual merchandising.
Work closely with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Ensure excellent after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.
