Overview

Job Overview:
a. Sales & Inventory Planning
Create sales and inventory plans by category and SKU by season, monthly and weekly
Monitor all inventory, inventory week to maintain inventory health
Analyze sales trends and forecast demand in Vietnam business
Identify risks and opportunities to achieve sales targets
Plan initial allocation for new products and coordinate with inventory control division
b. Product Seasonal Management
Manage product introduction, phase-in, phase-out, and discontinuation plans
Monitor seasonal products and markdown timing
Support clearance and inventory reduction activities
Review product performance and recommend actions
c. New Store Planning
Create assortment and allocation plans for new store opening with VMD
Coordinate with Logistics for launch preparation
d. Analysis & Reporting& Sharing in meeting
Prepare weekly and monthly business reports
Analyze and monitor KPI category performance, sell-through, inventory weeks
Join and share presentations for other divisions
e. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with: MD Team, Logistics Team, Legal team, Store Operations Team, Marketing Team, E-commerce and Finance Team to ensure proper inventory management and execution of business plans.
f. Regulation
Ability to understand product import regulations, certifications, and compliance requirements, and ensure products are launched in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
