Overview

● Provide Level 1 technical support for Nail360 POS users
● Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to:
POS application errors
Printer, barcode scanner, and cash drawer issues
Payment terminal connectivity and failures
Network/Wi-Fi issues affecting POS functionality
● Assist with system installations, configuration, updates, and maintenance.
● Train users on features, workflows, and best practices.
Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật Cấp độ 1 (Level 1) cho người dùng hệ thống POS Nail360.
Chẩn đoán và khắc phục sự cố phần mềm và phần cứng liên quan đến:
Lỗi của ứng dụng POS
Sự cố máy in, máy quét mã vạch và ngăn kéo đựng tiền (cash drawer)
Sự cố kết nối và lỗi hoạt động của thiết bị thanh toán (payment terminal)
Sự cố mạng/Wi-Fi ảnh hưởng đến chức năng của POS
Hỗ trợ cài đặt hệ thống, cấu hình, cập nhật và bảo trì.
Đào tạo người dùng về các tính năng, quy trình thao tác (workflows) và các thực hành tốt nhất (best practices).
