- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and contract execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service, to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular sales performance reports.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.
