Overview

Having good relationship with carriers, co-loaders, airlines to get competitive rate offer from them for all inquiries coming from over agents/ customers.
Provide AIR/SEA rate by table quotation for branch manager & other teams in the company monthly.
Firmly grasp market prices and effectively manage prices.
Communicate with overseas agent to offer rate accordingly under instruction of branch manager.
Take care of old and potential customers.
Good connecting with MASTER CONSOL to set up competitive LCL rate from them.
Always finding new vendors in good providing about freight, trucking, customs broker services professionally.
Having skills/knowledges, experience in handling project cargo, OOG cargo….
Co-operate with other teams in the company smoothly.
Have good sales strategies to show for branch manager if any request.
Closely track market feedback and competitor pricing, share insights internally.
