Overview

  • Business Development & Channel Strategy:
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and volume growth for the HoReCa channel and other assigned channels.
  • Drive continuous KPI performance improvement on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Develop category growth plans for the channel to deliver sustainable sales and volume growth.
  • Develop plans to manage and expand product coverage across the channel.
  • Lead the team in developing account plans, negotiating trading terms and planning promotional activities, with strong focus on timelines and execution to achieve sales volume targets.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to strengthen brand recognition and customer satisfaction.
  • Review business performance by account and category, identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive positive growth for the HoReCa channel.
  • Sales & Operations Management:
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall sales budget.
  • Drive distribution objectives for both new and existing products.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues related to delivery, customer complaints, product returns and aging stock.
  • Monitor and lead the team in negotiating trade terms and commercial contracts with customers and the Modern Trade (MT) channel, when assigned.
  • Monitor sales performance and report progress against targets to the Line Manager.
  • Proactively recommend and implement timely adjustments based on actual business performance and market conditions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
