Overview

Create and maintain order Bill of Materials (BOM) on the system
Place orders for materials and closely monitor material planning schedules
Split size breakdown (BD) of order based on unit allocation or shipment delivery schedule
Issue fabric daily to production based on production needs
Release cut plan to production lines
Analyze fabric usage and send the report to the Material Management (MM) department
Prepare final cut report, Pre-Packing List (Pre-PL), and Final Packing List (Final PL)
Input order details into GPRO-ETS / Scan & Pack system for tracking and execution.
