Overview

Sourcing and corresponds with suppliers for quotations and comparing on price.
Issue order over sea and local ( Fabric and Accessories ).
Follow up PI/delivery date /shipment status.
Receive analyze PR and updating PR to PUR report.
Prepare all relating documents (PO, Contract…).
Follow up with suppliers & depts. To deliver goods.
Arrange Payment (over sea and local ).
Claim quality to supplier (defect quality ).
Follow up replacement, shipping docs to shipping team and left over from warehouse.
Work in a dynamic, friendly, and modern environment.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Economics, English, or a related field.
Fluent in English (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient in office software.
Proactive, responsible, with strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
No prior experience in Merchandise is required.
