Manage samples and special projects.
Ensure the Admin team keeps all information updated on Basecamp.
Share information with the factory and maintain updated internal information.
Communicate product information with the Engineering Admin and Marketing team.
Manage time effectively, achieve company goals, and collaborate with the Operations Team.
Review project and sample status weekly and unresolved issues daily.
Ensure accurate data entry and timely, accurate responses to internal and external requirements.
Ensure all sample categories under the Product Admin & Support Associate meet sample deadlines.
