Overview
- Oversee the preparation and filing of all local tax returns/Tax finanlization in accordance with tax laws/ Chuẩn bị và nộp tất cả các tờ khai thuế hàng tháng, quyết toán thuế theo đúng quy định của luật thuế.
- Monitor and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position , and minimize tax liabilities/ Giám sát, thực hiện và đề xuất các phương án để tối ưu hóa vị thế thuế của công ty và giảm thiểu chi phí thuế phải nộp của Maazi.
- Review complex transactions and documentations to ensure both tax and internal control purposes/ Kiểm tra các giao dịch và chứng từ để đảm bảo tuân thủ theo đúng qui định của công ty.
- Provide regular updates, and escalate any significant tax-related matters/ Cập nhật các thông tin liên quan đến chinh sách/qui định về thuế cho Ban Giám đốc
- Analyze tax related financial data, identify tax risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to the management/ Phân tích dữ liệu tài chính liên quan đến thuế, xác định rủi ro và cơ hội về thuế, và đưa ra các kh nghị cho Ban Giám đốc.
- Continuously monitor changes in tax legislation and industry best practices, and assess the impact on the organization then suggest action plan & follow up/ Liên tục theo dõi những thay đổi trong luật thuế v đánh giá tác động đến hoạt động của Maazi. Đưa ra các kế hoạch hành động và theo dõi việc triển khai.
- Strong enough and able to meet/work with Viet Nam Authorities/ Đại diên cho Maazi làm việc với cơ quan thuế cũng như các cơ quan ban ngành tại Việt Nam
