Overview

  • Đốc công Đầu tư & bảo dưỡng thiết bị / Equipment Investment & Maintenance Engineer
  • Mục tiêu công việc / Job Objectives
  • Triển khai các dự án đầu tư công nghệ sản xuất theo hướng tự động hóa, sử dụng năng lượng tái tạo , hiệu suất hóa sản xuất /Deploying investment projects in production technology towards automation, using renewable energy, and production efficiency.
  • Đảm bảo ROI trong khung 3–5 năm./Guaranteed ROI within 3–5 years.
  • Áp dụng TPM để nâng cao độ tin cậy, giảm downtime, tăng hiệu suất sử dụng máy OEE/Apply TPM to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and increase machine utilization efficiency (OEE).
  • Lập trình , vận hành thiết bị tự động hóa ( Robot Phun men , Thiết bị đúc áp lực cao ) cải tiến hệ thống tự động hóa để tối ưu năng suất, giảm chi phí, nâng cao chất lượng./Programming, operating automation equipment (Enamel Spraying Robot, High Pressure Casting Equipment) improving automation systems to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Xây dựng & triển khai kế hoạch đầu tư hoàn thành mục tiêu hàng năm của LXVN /Develop and implement investment plans to complete LXVN's annual goals
  • Quản lý tiến độ, chi phí, chất lượng dự án./Manage project progress, costs and quality.
  • Đào tạo & chuyển giao công nghệ cho bộ phận vận hành./Training & technology transfer to the operations department.
  • Tích hợp năng lượng tái tạo, giảm phát thải CO₂../ Integrating renewable energy, reducing CO₂ emissions
  • Lập tài liệu hướng dẫn , đào tạo và tổ chức thực hiện TPM các thiết bị mới ./Create training manuals and organize TPM implementation for new equipment.
  • Lập trình & vận hành PLC ( Siemens , Mitsubishi ) /Lập trình điều khiển robot/PLC programming & operation (Siemens, Mitsubishi) / Robot control programming
  • KPI / Key Performance Indicators
  • Tỷ lệ hoàn thành dự án đúng hạn / On-time Project Delivery: ≥ 95%.
  • ROI dự án / Project ROI: ≥ 15%/năm trong 3–5 năm.
  • Tỷ lệ vượt ngân sách / Budget Overrun: ≤ 3%.
  • Số dự án công nghệ mới triển khai thành công / New Technology Projects Implemented: ≥ 2/năm.
  • Tỷ lệ áp dụng năng lượng tái tạo / CO₂ reduction: ≥ 10%/năm.
  • Tỷ lệ đào tạo & chuyển giao công nghệ / Technology Transfer Coverage: ≥ 95%.
  • Tỷ lệ đào tạo công nhân bảo dưỡng tự chủ / Autonomous Maintenance Training Coverage: ≥ 90%.
  • Thời gian dừng máy / Downtime: ≤ 2% tổng thời gian sản xuất.
  • Tỷ lệ hoàn thành kế hoạch bảo dưỡng phòng ngừa / Preventive Maintenance Completion: ≥ 95%.
  • Tỷ lệ sự cố tái diễn / Repeat Failure Rate: ≤ 5%.
  • Số sáng kiến cải tiến triển khai / Improvement Initiatives Implemented: ≥ 3/năm.

Requirements

  • Trình độ / Education: Đại học trở lên ngành Tự động hóa, Điều khiển & Lập trình thiết bị, Điện – Cơ điện tử.)/University degree or higher in Automation, Control & Device Programming, Electricity - Mechatronics.
  • Kinh nghiệm / Experience:
  • Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế – chế tạo/lập trình các dự án công nghệ./Experience in design - manufacturing/programming technology projects.
  • ≥ 1 năm bảo trì/cải tiến thiết bị công nghiệp; ưu tiên kinh nghiệm TPM./≥ 1 year of industrial equipment maintenance/improvement; TPM experience preferred.
  • Có kinh nghiệm và sử dụng thành thạo CAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D, phần mềm thiết kế cơ khí./Experienced and proficient in CAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D, mechanical design software.
  • Sử dụng thành thạo lập trình PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemens)./Proficient in PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens).
  • Ưu tiên lập trình robot Fanuc, HMI/SCADA./Priority given to Fanuc robot programming, HMI/SCADA.
  • Ngoại ngữ / Language:
  • TOEIC ≥ 550 hoặc tương đương, đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật./TOEIC ≥ 550 or equivalent, reading and understanding technical documents.
  • Phẩm chất / Personal Traits:
  • Kỷ luật, trách nhiệm, tinh thần cải tiến liên tục, teamwork, ưu tiên an toàn./Discipline, responsibility, continuous improvement spirit, teamwork, safety priority.
