Overview

Leads and coordinates all programs activities
Develop and control program timing, budgets and activities
Apply change, risk and resource management
Resolve projects’ higher scope issues and prepare reports for higher level
Leads and coordinates and all engineering activities in client/customer focused project management environment
Leads and coordinates all activities related to startup of new products and any change from customer
Ensure all program and engineering activities comply with the company’s safety, quality, and operating policies and procedures
Provide advice/problem-solving expertise to both the customer and the organization
Ensure the engineering staff development and training activity is performed in compliance with company policies and
Advise on manufacturing techniques applicable to production
Support IATF16949 & ISO14001, VA/VE, CI and Six Sigma activities
5-8 years in an Engineering Supervisory role or relevant Industry equivalent, preferably 3 years Management
IATF16949 & ISO 14001, Leadership skills, People Management, Business English, Exposure to related Plant Facilities
Good command of English, Leadership Skills, Sound working knowledge of Engineering & program functions, Understanding of IATF16949 & ISO14001, Lean Manufacturing, JIT Principles and their application
