Overview

Ensure compliance with Vietnam's Law on Environmental Protection, Environmental License
Maintain and improve the ISO 14001 system (aspect/impact assessment, objectives, internal/external audits)
Develop and maintain chemical management procedures (SDS, inventory, storage, spill response)
Develop environmental emergency response plans (chemical spills, wastewater system failures, hazardous waste leaks), Organize and evaluate periodic emergency response drills
Lead on-site investigations: root cause analysis, impact assessment, regulatory reporting, corrective action tracking
Coordinate periodic health checks and occupational disease screening per Vietnam regulations; Track occupational disease records
Deliver environmental and occupational health training to employees; Organize awareness-raising activities, campaigns, and competitions (e.g., 5S contests, environmental theme days, safety/environment quizzes) to build a culture of environmental responsibility among workers
Prepare and submit periodic environmental reports to local, customer,…Maintain corporate compliance reporting through group systems (e.g., Enhesa, Greenstone); Consolidate site EHS/environmental data for monthly/quarterly group reporting; ensure consistency between local regulatory filings and corporate dashboards
Represent in working sessions with local authorities; third-party auditors, customer; ensure timely, accurate responses to official requests
