Expense report: Collect all expense documents and prepare expense reports monthly and 3 month operation cost documents
Loan Management: Manage foreign Loans from HQ , follow up on loans repayment schedule, prepare the document to disburse the loan, loan, and capital register with the state bank
Financial Statement: Prepare the balance sheet, cash flow, income statement, follow the depreciation of the asset; instrument and toll..
Be able to deal with the Tax officer if there are any Tax issues
Experienced in handling tax refunds, VAT refund procedures
All work-related to social insurance of staff
Proactively advise management on the company’s financial situation & propose action plans
