This role ensures optimal inventory levels across distribution centers and retail locations while balancing service levels, inventory costs, and operational efficiency.   • Manage the complete purchase order process for domestic and container shipments, ensuring on-time order placement, accurate quantities, and effective coordination across multiple vendors.
  • Monitor and strategically manage inventory levels across regional distribution centers, analyzing weeks of supply, turn rates, and service levels to maintain optimal stock positions.
  • Analyze demand patterns and market trends to proactively adjust supply plans, refine replenishment parameters, and improve forecast accuracy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build collaborative vendor relationships by managing order communications, addressing capacity constraints, negotiating delivery schedules, and driving continuous performance improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive analytics and reporting using Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and advanced Excel modeling to provide visibility, insights, and decision support to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance inventory productivity, automate manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and deliver measurable business results.
  • Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
  • Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
