  • Job Scheduling, Planning & Monitoring (Lập kế hoạch theo lịch trình và giám sát công việc):
  • Issue production Job Order Sheet based on production schedule./ Phát hành phiếu lệnh sản xuất dựa trên lịch trình sản xuất.
  • Resolve due date and shortage issues prior to production order release./ Giải quyết các vấn đề về hạn chót và thiếu hụt trước khi phát hành lệnh sản xuất.
  • Purchasing & Production Planning (Lập kế hoạch sản xuất & mua hàng):
  • Raise purchase requisitions for starting materials for approval and issuing purchase order to suppliers./ Lập yêu cầu mua nguyên vật liệu và trình phê duyệt sau đó phát hành đơn đặt hàng cho nhà cung cấp.
  • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among suppliers./ So sánh giá cả, thông số kỹ thuật và ngày giao hàng để xác định giá thầu tốt nhất giữa các nhà cung cấp.
  • Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders./ Theo dõi tình trạng của các yêu cầu, hợp đồng và đơn đặt hàng.
  • Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems./ Liên hệ với nhà cung cấp để lên lịch hoặc đẩy nhanh tiến độ giao hàng và giải quyết tình trạng thiếu hụt, giao hàng chậm trễ hoặc không giao được, và các vấn đề khác.
  • Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications./ Xem xét các đơn đặt hàng để xác minh tính chính xác, thuật ngữ và thông số kỹ thuật.
  • Responsible for coordination of import shipments with supplier./ Chịu trách nhiệm phối hợp các lô hàng nhập khẩu với nhà cung cấp.
  • Monitor delivery of materials from suppliers and liaise with QA and Warehouse on the arrival of materials for quality assurance./ Giám sát việc giao hàng từ nhà cung cấp và liên hệ với bộ phận Kiểm soát chất lượng và Kho hàng khi hàng đến để đảm bảo chất lượng.
  • Request for samples of starting materials from suppliers./ Yêu cầu mẫu nguyên vật liệu từ nhà cung cấp.
  • Compliance:
  • Adhere to ISO operating procedures./ Tuân thủ các quy trình vận hành ISO.
