Overview
- Manage sales activities on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Develop product, pricing, promotion, and campaign plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Work with platform MDs and Key Account Managers to negotiate listings, promotional opportunities, and commercial terms.
- Oversee product listings, order processing, fulfillment, delivery tracking, returns, and daily store operations.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock allocation and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, campaign results, and other key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular reports and recommend actions to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and profitability.
