Overview

Perform and assist in leading the team to deliver accounting & tax services to RSM’s clients:
Perform accounting records, which include balance sheet, income statement, trial balance and general ledgers on a monthly or quarterly basis
Perform compliance reviews of and provide recommendations on specific accounting compliance matters
Prepare and review tax computations and tax declarations, including Corporate Income Tax(CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), and Personal Income Tax (PIT)
Perform bookkeeping, accounting records maintenance, month-end closing, and preparation of financial reports for assigned clients.
Develop and maintain distinct relationships with appropriate contact points from clients.
Other tasks as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax, Banking, Business, or other related majors
At least 3 years of working experience in the accounting and tax fields for outsourcing or professional service firms
Good knowledge of accounting and tax practices and procedures
Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills, and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
