Overview

Drives end-to-end recruitment activities, strengthens the employer brand, enhances candidate experience, and builds sustainable talent pipelines while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver effective and data-driven recruitment solution
Recruitment & Daily Interviews (Primary Focus ~60-70%)
Conduct daily candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
Achieve weekly interview and hiring targets.
Ensure rapid follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
II. Hiring Manager Partnership (~20-25%)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Provide daily updates on candidate progress, interview results, and recruitment status.
Align on shortlists, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
Support workforce planning and recruitment prioritization
III. Interview Coordination & Recruitment Administration (~10-15%)
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and local administration teams.
Ensure smooth execution of interviews and recruitment logistics
Maintain recruitment records and candidate tracking tools
Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
IV. Reporting & Continuous Improvement (<10%)
Track recruitment KPIs (interviews conducted, offers, hires, time-to-fill).
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
