Overview

Follow up on quality, compliance, audit, and inspection requirements from each customer or brand.
Communicate customer requirements clearly to the relevant internal departments.
Coordinate with the Quality, Compliance, Production, and Sales Teams on required actions.
Monitor deadlines, corrective action plans, customer requests, and pending follow-up items.
Assist in collecting reports, records, audit documents, and supporting information.
Follow up on customer comments, quality concerns, compliance matters, and action status.
Keep the Sales Team updated and escalate important issues promptly and accurately.
Support other sales coordination and administrative tasks when required.
