Overview
- MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor purchase order status and follow up on deliveries to avoid supply disruptions
- Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and purchasing documents accurately
- Assist in supplier performance evaluation and cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare procurement reports and perform data analysis
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager
