Overview

Guide and support students and parents on how to join classes and self-study through online learning platforms in a timely manner
Notify students about cancellations, schedule changes, and teacher changes during the course (if any)
Periodically collect feedback from teachers, parents, and students; ensure issues are effectively addressed
Build good relationships with students; regularly communicate about learning progress and related issues with parents and students
Attend classes, discuss with the training department and parents to propose solutions and suitable learning plans and directions for students
Report on the implementation of tasks assigned by superiors
Participate in organizing customer care activities with sales, training, and marketing departments
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday & 2 Saturdays per month (flexible: onsite or remote)
