Overview

  • Receive and define promised deliver date for Sales Orders (MTO) and Internal Orders (Stocking Policy / Safety Stock) to meet business requirements.
  • Tiệp nhận và xác định ngày cam kết giao hàng cho các Sales Orders (MTO) và Internal Orders (Stocking Policy / Safety Stock) nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu của hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh.
  • Take care of on time delivery through semi-finished goods and finished goods scheduling production considering proper optimized capacity utilization, line balancing and operational efficiency.
  • Đảm bảo giao hàng đúng cam kết thông qua việc lập kế hoạch sản xuất cho hàng bán thành phẩm và hàng thành phẩm hướng đến tối ưu năng lực sản xuất, duy trì sự cân bằng và vận hành hiệu quả của các dây chuyền sản xuất.
  • Identify raw material stock status for proper scheduling production at optimized cost and lost.
  • Xác định tình trạng tồn kho nguyên vật liệu nhằm phục vụ việc lập kế hoạch sản xuất tối ưu hóa về mặt chi phí.
  • Track, report, have proper follow-up-actions for production backlogs, with timely escalation in case of needed.
  • Theo dõi, báo cáo và đề ra các hành động khắc phục phù hợp đối với các đơn hàng chưa hoàn thành sản xuất đúng hạn, báo cáo lên cấp trên trong trường hợp cần thiết.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations and other departments to manage customer pull-up, push-back requirements.
  • Phối hợp bộ phận Bán hàng và các phòng ban liên quan để xử lý các yêu cầu giao hàng sớm hơn, hoặc trễ hơn ngày giao hàng cam kết.
  • Control semi-finished goods and finished goods inventory at the defined target levels.
  • Kiểm soát tồn kho hàng bán thành phẩm và hàng thành phẩm theo chỉ tiêu đã đề ra.
  • Comply with the company policy about health and safefty.
  • Tuân thủ nội quy an toàn lao động.
  • Comply with the company policy about data confidential.
  • Tuân thủ nội quy về bảo mật thông tin.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do quản lý giao.
