Overview

Manage all import and export activities.
Define and update logistics costs standards per lane through vendor selection process.
Manage customs requests, issues and scrap process.
Review and process documents related to import and export and resolve any arising issues.
Oversee import and export operations to ensure full compliance with Customs regulations and applicable laws.
Countermeasures for Customs audit and prepare annual Customs settlement report.
Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement.
Other tasks assigned by Department Head.
