Overview

Handle booking/document related to shipping activities by air for both import and export cargo
Liaise with customers, agents to send D/O, bill, booking, debit note and other related document
Track and tracing domestic trucks and cargo schedule
Solve customers' inquiry timely and follow up working process
Other task required by the superiors.

Minimum 4 years of experience in an Air Forwarding/Logistics company
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: foreign trade, economics, international trade, transportation)
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience handling air freight operations for actual customer (factories/manufacturers) preferred
Familiarity with ELSA system or similar TMS/ERP tools
Strong Excel skills (monthly volume data management, pivot table usage)
