Overview

Handle booking/document related to shipping activities by air for both import and export cargo
Liase with customers, agents to send D/O, bill, booking, debit note and other related documents
Track and tracing domestic trucks and cargo schedule
Solve customers' inquiry timely and follow up working process
Other task required by the superiors
Working Time: After 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri); after 12:00 PM Sat, Sun and public holidays, according to actual operational requirements
Over 02 years of experience in Forwarding/ Logistics Company
Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation
Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication and presentation skills
