Overview
- Manage General Affairs, vendors, security, fire prevention, cleaning, waste management, and maintenance activities at the factory.
- Ensure services operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Monitor operating costs and identify solutions to reduce costs and minimize outsourcing.
- Manage the GA team, assign tasks, provide training, and develop employees’ skills.
- Monitor and resolve issues and prepare regular reports for management/Board of Directors.
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance work efficiency.
Requirements
- College/University degree or above.
- At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs/Administration, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good reporting and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
- Good team management, problem-solving, and work-control skills.
- Proactive, responsible, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
